Reverse debit order due to debt review

Hi

My FNB cheque account being overdrawn. The fact is it was a personal loan deduction that went off and amount to more than R 6500 of this outstanding balance. This is included in my debt agreement and should not be paid by me now.

Please help me so I can settle the account and close it .
