Reverse Debit Order and no response from FNB!!!

Please assist, twitter does not help, phone calls keep on dropping, app is not working, no reply on email! I need to stop a debit order nor the App or Website work it says I need to contact my banker.... Can someone please call me back! Should I move to Private Wealth to speak to banker? What should I do
