Reverse

I'm Fnb client my problem is always when I want to reverse money that was paid to people I'm owing fnb doesn't want to reverse it.FNB doesn't have agreement with people I'm owing is me has agreement so FNB my stop this nonsense is my money I'm not owing fnb so if I want to reverse money they must do what I'm asking I'm their customer
