Reversals still In progress- no assistance at all

Just unhappy I did reversals last December since today they are still on In progress status. I've been chatting to multiple consultants on their online chat since that. I understand they are post 40 days but hey from December up to now. What worries me is all of them keep telling me they will escalate. It's a good thing I have all the chats history. Worse part now FNB does as they like on our accounts
