Reversals

I am Andries Molekoa a Gold Cheque Member, I've send R350 Ewallet it deducted twice, it reserved the 2nd payment but it doesn't reflect on my account, since December the payments fails but the reversal amount doesn't reflect on my account, this is day light roberry, i will cancel my membership with you soon.
