Reversal request

i made a payment on the 30th of January for my school fees for an amount of R8120.00, however the amount is not reflecting on their side, the amount was deducted by FNB, i called them requesting a refund and was sent forms to fill in, i sent the forms and was told it will be reversed within 7-10 working days . i called the call centre and spoke to Koketso Shakong ref#RS ********** 0414 on the 12/02/2018 and now im on the with boitumelo nyembe who tells me the reversal will take 30 days, i asked to speak to her supervisor who is also unavailable her name Cindi Mntambo who will call me back ref#RR ********** 5782.... i need that amount back ASAp
