Reversal of payment/debit order via PayPal

I was debited for an amount of R7567.86 via PayPal for a Linked In account which I did not authorize. I now need to try and reverse it on a Sunday which is not a working day. The last time this happened I had to go into the bank only to be put through to the reversal dept and waited well over 20 minutes and still never got through to them. I eventually had to leave because I had to get back to work. I am now sitting with the same issue once again. Is there really no other way to reverse an unauthorized debit order/payment without having to call your useless customer service lines?
