Reversal of P2C money

I sent money using the P2C option and only to find out later that the person does not have an FNB account. I've been trying to get the money reversed and with the bank personnel telling different stories, one saying it will reverse automatically but it never did. I even completed the reversal form but the money is still not reversed. Been trying to make a follow up without success.

The money was sent on the 17/03/2022 and the reversal form sent on the 03/05/2022 with reference Rb ***. We are going to June now and this money seems to be hanging some where.

The worse part is I don't even get a feedback. I'm very disappointed with FNB.

I've followed up three times and only to be the told the matter is escalated.
