Reversal of installment paid by credit insurance

I have a loan with them and credit insurance on the loan . Due to covid-19 lockdown, am unemployed. And my insurance paid my premium on the 28th of April 2020 and on the 7th of May 2020 FNB still took the installment. I have called numerous times and emailed and the money is not reversed yet . FNB we are not working , no food , no income and u still ***** our money . Pls reverse these transactions.
