Reversal of funds

The worst ever service, I've been on chat for an hour and 10 minutes with only 2 responses from your poorly trained agents. Apparently we no longer have the right to decide what we do with our monies according to you, especially these trying times. Such an appallingly expensive service we pay for. Insteadt of replying to our requests your agent (thokozile) just pops by to delete our text to be seen as though we are not replying.I can't wait to move to a service provider that will actually provide the service.
