Reversal of Funds

To be honest this bank does not even deserve a star. I logged a dispute on the 12th of this month and was told to wait 7-14 working days to have funds reversed into my account. Today I follow up and some lady tells me to complete a dispute form. What they saying is they haven't done anything from the day I logged a dispute and I really need the money as in yesterday.

Once I get my money back I am closing my account with FNB because really I can't be struggling with something so small like reversing my money.
