Reversal of funds

Made a payment to an FNB account for my helper from a Capitec account, FNB told my helper they cannot release the funds due to her permit still pending (still waiting approval and collection by the way, not her doing), then was told the funds would be reversed back to my account .......i had to send my POP and proof of account details, a month later we are still waiting for the funds to be reversed back to my account. Tissetso Phahlane has tried to be helpful to ensure speedy processing of those funds but i have no idea it takes weeks for funds to be reversed. My helper has a family to take care of but FNB (USELESS BANK) only cares when there's money coming in. One of the reasons why i closed my account with them
