reversal of e-wallet funds
<p>I accidetally sent money to the wrong number.</p> <p> </p> <p>I called fnb and it was reveresed within a few hours eventhough they had said it woudl take 2-3 working days. Granted I had to pay R50 for my sins, but I was very impressed with the service I got. </p> <p> </p> <p>I think it helped that I was a private banker client too. </p> <p> </p> <p>Well done FNB</p>
