Reversal of debit orders a big NO

No debit order reversal during lockdown and no human to assist. You can reverse debit ordees for less than R200 but you are stuck if it's above. Tried phoning FNB customer service to only hear go into your app and a link will be send. Go to your app only to see phone your banker. In circles the whole time. Wasted many airtime and data. Eventually got hold of a human only to be told they can't help because they are working from home. Useless. Our only money left for food for me, hubby and 4 kids, in the air and our hands our cut off. We don't have any power over our own bank acc. Been with FNB many years, but going to make a change very quickly. When you need them most!!!!!!!!
