REVERSAL OF A PAYMENT THAT HAS JUST DISAPPEARED

My name is Joy Polile, until today fnb has not given my money back even worse they have charged for reversal already but still that money has not been send back .On the 27th of January it will be 2 months with the quiry of wanting my money to be reversed .Still no contact regarding what is going on
