Reversal Money to the non exit account
Am very disappointed to fnb I send money to an account which Is cross boarder and and they are telling me that I have to request for reverse which I know for sure they don't help. I send money to the account to Namibia and Insteady of choosing Fnb I choose Firstrand bank and they are telling me money went to non exit account which is local if it's went to non exit account why I have to pay the reverse amount of R325 If money went to a non exit account plus the money is not money I just help someone to make the transfer.If the account is non exit why I have to pay.

27 Nov 2023, 11:15Fnb I want that money now I can't go in prison for R800 that you confirm that it was send to a local non exit account.why do I pay the reverse amount if you on your side confirm that money goes to a non exit account and again your working days to reflect or reverse money does not work or let me say the system does not work. What is so difficult to reverse the money back if it's on non exit local account

27 Nov 2023, 13:14Since the team know and told me that money has been send to a non exit local account and your know that your system of reversal it's alway unsuccessful that mean fnb can reverse that money back to my account cos now its just in the air which means its not on my account but non exit account so why i have to fill up the form that is alway unsuccessful the better way is to transfer it back and i pay the person money instead of me going through horrible situations.Please that is all I can say for now.

Since the team know and told me that money has been send to a non exit local account and your know that your system of reversal it's alway unsuccessful that mean fnb can reverse that money back to my account cos now its just in the air which means its not on my account but non exit account so why i have to fill up the form that is alway unsuccessful the better way is to transfer it back and i pay the person money instead of me going through horrible situations.Please that is all I can say for now.

28 Nov 2023, 17:53What is wrong with FNB now they decide to put my Easy Zero Account on hold and I should go to the bank with ID and proof of residence for what and I know since they send me the form for reversal I know 100% that it always unsuccessful I try it more than 6 times and for making cross boarder transaction does that need to put my account on hold its approaching month end how m I going to survive if I want to receive payment to help myself.
Please FNB I don't understand your service you Gave to much stress in our lives and this things of yours force me to commit suicide now
