Reversal Impact on my Life

My Insurance went off 3 times this month, which is a huge amount, i have been in contact with FNB and Budget Insurance several times. The consultant at FNB is not very helpful and rude, one consultant specifically said it is not their fault and i should just wait for the process to be completed, so insensitive.It seems because you are not rude with them they take advantage, my reversal has been in process since last week as per the feedback received and i am still waiting, this has cause my account to be in a negative as well as all other debit orders to fail. On top of that i am being charged R300 per reversal.
