Reversal headache

Hi. I called the call centre to reverse debits on my easy Account that should not have gone off. I was advised this cannot be done and I need to do it from my app or dial *120*321# which was no help at all as the amounts are over R200

I need two debits reversed asap for Budget Insurance in the amounts as below; R392.22 - debited on 18/05/2020 R394.35 - debited on 02/05/2020 R333.50 - debited 25/03/2020

I would appreciate it if it can be done asap, as the normal premium of R847 was collected by Budget Insurance already.
