Reversal from closed account

I mistakenly transferred money from my savings account to my old credit card which is closed and I can not access it anymore. I called and emailed FNB card and customer service department to transfer money back into my savings. I have been waiting for two weeks and trying to call FNB is a hustle, you will be transferred from one department to another. This is bad service for big bank like FNB, they don't even reply emails. What more must I do to get that money back, I really need it. Bad bad bad service for your customers....I wonder why am I still with this bank, is time I consider other banks.
