Reversal from 26 May 2021 to date

Since from 26 May 2021 till to date none reversal is done on my account even Microsoft say that they did and FNB BANK they cant help me take me from pillar to post but the charges on the account they are good on that without solving the issue at hand poor poor service plus we are in 4IR now my contact *** or ***. Explain to me why the reversal not done but charges went thru on my account i need explanation.
