Reversal for incorrect transaction

Not wanting to reverse an online transaction because they do not have such a service. Their services needs to match the latest technology levels. Incorrect transactions must be reversed. Clients cannot be penalised for making an error. It is truly unfair, I have purchased extra airtime and now I cannot reverse the transaction. Saddest part is that I am inconvenienced cause I need the money for other commitments.
