Reversal and stopping of debit order.

I find it extremely difficult that FNB my own trusted bank that they can not revrese unauthorised debit orders from my account. I have done several attempts trying to get assistance from FNB but they tell me other services have been reduced due to Covid19. FNB services have proven to be very much unsatisfactory, we rely on them for the safety of our moneys. Moi Mooi has been debiting the amount of R399.00 per month for 3 months now unauthorised.
