Reversal

I withdrawed money from Absa ATM because FNB Arm were not working.My card got attacked and the money didn't go out but was minused from my bank I went to FNB they logged a claim 2 days later i got reversal sms but the money never reflected on my account I went to FNB bank but even now nothing reflected I am disappointed with FNB
