Reversal

Last month 0n 01/09/2020 my account have been debited R1068 that not authorized and today again on 01/10/2020 they debit R1068 and R340 but they tell me that they don't do Reevesal ,nothing they can do,I try even on my fnb app it write device blocked since last month
