Reversal

I came on two occasions to Fnb centrion branch and complained about a deduction made from my account on 29-02-2020 of R1629.23 and that amount wasn't reversed..To my surprise they again deducted R1872.36 on the 26-03-20. I have also felt some forms for the first one and nothing happened. My request is one, please reverse both deductions because I don't know that company (skin true series).
