Revearsals Lead to Customer to pay for fees

Good day,

On November 13th 2015, I've made a purchase from a shop of R122.21. A couple of minutes after leaving the shop that amount was reve****d. The same happened for another purchase of R276.17 from SPAR, also reve****d. Then an amount of R330.00 went from my account for purchase from vendor 1 which was returned as an error and the correct amount of R122.21 was deducted. Now, all of a sudden R150.00 was debited on my account because there was \no money'' in my account when the debited my account with the revearsals. Who the ****'s problem is this. FNB allowed revearsals on my account when there was money available. Who must be responsible for purchases that goes of your account but according to the bank did not go through. This is a total ripoff that I have to pay fees for FNB mistakes. I am sorry to say but they are the worst bank there is and I am moving my account to a better bank."
