Return of Funds to HSBC

I have been trying to get FNB to provide UETR tracking no for the return of funds to HSBC since 15.6.2023 and despite a previous complaint nothing has happened. It seems their forex team and their business consultant cannot provide an internationally accepted reference UETR reference number so HSBC can track the funds.
