Return item charge

I will be moving to Capitec or Nedbank that have warning systems in place. Instead Fnb charge R138 for every debit order not going off. Easy way off robbing their clients that is already paying alot of banking fees. Thank you Fnb for opening my eyes. I am paying for a R199 debit order now R280 that didn't go off. Either you rectify the charges or loose me as a client. And don't even try phoning me with a 1000 stories I am sick off it.
