Retrenchment Query ASAP

I have already sent through all my documentation regarding my retrenchment and for you to hold payments well in advance. All I keep getting is that it will be attended to but no proper feedback. Please explain what is taking so long? It will get to even end of Dec and you ****ERS will want to take my money as unemployed as I am. Already things are bad in SA. *** is your problem. Why is this bank so WEAK? Are there too many customers now. You more than full.
