Hello once again dear USELESS BANK who I still don't know I'm still banking with. Please tell me after I got retrenched in end 2024, why are YOU still charging me interest and deducting money from my bank account. I have sent you ALL MY ****EN DOCUMENTS and you managed to sort out and stop payments on my personal loan but you ****S still have the credit card active. You said you would put them both off for a period of 6 to 12 months. NOW ****EN THIS. I have 2 kids by the way and still paying rent and buying food. Just ****EN HAVE A HEART MAN. ****!!!!!!
