Retrenched and FNB rejects claim

I have submitted a credit life insurance claim with regards to me being retrenched at work and when I checked it said that my claim had been rejected without any fully valid reason but however the policy stipulates that it covers me for retrenchment I was given a Reference No: ***5 which I sent an email to submit the claim but still no joy, I am really starting to getbfed up with FNB I have been with the bank for over 7 years now but this is the worst I have ever been treated especifically during such a tough phase in life.
