I would like to lodge a complaint again FNB bank refer to case no ***NF,still I didn't not receive my money I reported this case to you last week you promised that the case will take two days till now .I spoke to a lady called Marleen who told me that my money was released Thursday 14PM and I will get my money Friday or Saturday I waited for the money nothing in my bank account.I even went to FNB Maponya they said my money was released at 14PM but till now I did not receive my money.I also went to Jabulani Mall yesterday to find out about my money they called Sabelo the manager who promised to release my money yesterday and confirm to me that I will receive it Wednesday but till now there is no money in my account really I am not happy at all i think you making me a stupid because you always tell me lies everyday about my money.This is getting out of hand i will take this to social media and I will open a case for FNB because now I am tired of begging you to give me my money,this is not my money not yours FNB bank.Please release my money as soon as possible because I am taking this too far we are approaching 2 months now since my money was deposited to you till now nothing really I am tired of going up and down to FNB bank all the people who are working there they always tell me lies that the money is released at the end of the day the money was not released they always tell me that someone is not doing her job,if a person is not doing a job what are you doing as bank because i am a client and I am lodging a complain to you.I need my money as soon as possible if not i will take further action because i am tired of begging and i have been patient with you for a long time.
