Retirement Annuity: Account creation service journey bad

I have been trying to open a Retirement Annuity account with FNB for months now, I keep following up on an email communication I have with them and I’m not getting feedback at all. You try to call no one answer due to high volumes of calls, self service doesn’t help much as well with this and all I want is to understand the different options of Retirement annuity just so I can add the money and move on but the journey to get this completed has been horrible.
