rethink your slogan "how can we help"

ive been with fnb for as long as i can remeber and i think its now to switch banks. ive been reversing money for as can remember due to the the fact that allow people to just debit randomly, im now currently trying to get back a R350.00 to no avail cause there is no one at fnb that can help me do that. i find it real unprofessional that fnb just allow people to just debit and mess your credit ratings, when they should protect your money and personal space. please guys i phone the company that debited my money and they said its already reversed, but i dont see anything. help
