Retesh Ganesh the service champion

I would like to compliment Retesh Ganesh who assisted us with a business account at FNB Hayfields. Retesh is professional, friendly and has exceptional customer service. He explained everything we needed to know in detail. The rating has a maximum of 5 stars but Retesh deserves 10 stars for really exceeding our expectations. Please teach the lady who was walking the que ( I think she is the branch manager, she wears glasses) what is customer service, her attitude is appalling.
