RETAINED MY R 100.00 NOTE
I DEPOSITED MONEY FROM AN FNB ATM BRANCH IN JOUBERTINA AND THE ATM RETAINED MY R 100.00 NOTE ON 30 OCTOBER 2017 AND THE QUE WAS SO LONG SO I DONT HAVE TIME TO GO AND STAND IN THAT LONG QUE I HAD MAD A DEPOSITO OF R6300 AND R100.00 AND THE OTHER R100.00 WAS RETAINED SO WHAT MUST I DO REGARDING THIS MATTER..

Kindly be advised that you will need to visit your nearest branch as you will be required to complete a dispute form, the ATM then gets balance and a transfer would be done in the account as requested.
The Branch requires you to provide them with the details in order to assist you.
