Retained deposit

On the 1st October 2024 to make a deposit and I inserted more money than what I was meant to deposit so I cancelled the transaction unfortunately 400 was retained by the ATM and the branch was already closed as it just after 5.The was an employee who came from the branch he told me to come the next day to fill out the form so on the 3rd I went a branch in Sandton City the consultant told to go back to the branch where the incident happened I refused then she said the branch was closed down I asked to call her superior she left and only then she came back with a form .On Monday the 21st I wrote an email and was told a consultant will call me shortly instead on the 22 which was the next day got an email with the same form I filled on the 3rd to me this meant they disregard the form I filled this is the highest form of disrespect.i need that money for my child's transport fares.
