Resurrecting the dead is easier than getting hold of a private banker at FNB

Trying to close an overdraft is harder than resurrecting the dead with FNB.

I am been out from pillar to post getting my overdraft and RCP closed because my private Banker is not reachable. Makes me wonder why I should even have a private client Account and pay high monthly fees.

My banker is on leave, sensible thing to do is put another banker on her out of office, which was not the case. I then phoned the private suit and was put on hold for 20min waiting for another banker who never showed up therefore I cut the call.
