Restricted for stupid reasons

I was restricted for Ongoing due diligence. A banker from the self service suite helped me confirm my personal information. I was unrestricted , only to be restricted again the following day.

Mind you I was also restricted before the date FNB said they would restrict me which is super inconvenient.

I then chat to another banker who tells me i need to call the kyc , why? the phone does not get picked up. Surely this bank is not good value for money, other banks you can do these things on self service platforms. Same thing happened with a FATCA CRS restriction which i had to go into the branch to confirm which is nonsense. Why ddnt someone confirm the FICA stuff then???
