Restored my faith that great service is not just a pipe dream

I've had a lot of interactions with FNB the past few months, with many different departments and was losing faith in a bank I've advocated for, not to go into detail but the service was not what I was accustomed to. Recently I've had an issue with an investment account and after a lot of back and forth eventually spoke to Tshegofatso Mokone. What an absolute pleasure, she would call when she committed to, ensure that she sends me to the correct department and not just pass me on like a hot potato, follow up and follow through. If only all FNB employees were like this, this would have an institute known for service with clients lining up around the block. Thank you Tshegofatso, you really restored my faith that great service is not just a pipe dream.
