Restored my faith in FNB
My neighbour, an elderly lady was trying to get funds from the UK transferred to SA via PayPal.<br> Most staff both at the Cresta branch and the other call centres didn't know how to resolve her issue.<br> Mbali Ndlovu at the call centre had the patience to run us through everything step by step.<br> Well done and thank you for your great service!!!
