Please be advised the FirstRand Debt Review Centre has successfully updated the client’s profile to reflect that the client is no longer participating in the debt review process on 15th April 2024." I am still waiting for a satisfactory response from this department. The debt review department needs to explain why my account has been referred to their legal department, despite making payments. This situation is highly frustrating and inconvenient, as I am unable to access my funds and my account status reflects poorly on my credit record.
