Response to online application is not working

Unable to open FNB youth bank accounts for my two children through the FNB online application service. First time I entered the online form, FNB phoned me back near immediately. Unfortunately I was in a meeting, and therefore blanked the call as you do. FNB never phoned me again. 2nd time I entered the form, FNB again phoned me immediately but this time I ensured I can take the call. For some or other reason, the call was disconnected after about 15 seconds. FNB never phoned me again. Now I wonder why everyone reckon FNB is so wonderful? And I thought, instead of filling out the FNB online form again, I would rather fill out a form on Hello Peter and take my business elsewhere (again).
