Response makes no sense, no follow-up answer!!!

My Query on R850 Credit Card charge: I took my 2005 Fiat Palio to Silencer Master in Maitland on 28 March 2015 to diagnose and repair faulty indicators. The technician gave me a false story and told me repairs would cost R4000 to rewire the whole car - confirmed false by another technician who repaired the fault. R850 payment was demanded of me for diagnostics and I paid as I was alone in the garage and intimidated. The service provider this payment was made to violated the Consumer Protection Act, Right 6 and 8 by providing me with false information, intimidating me into payment for labour and diagnostics while not actually solving the problem. Also no estimate or quote was supp**** (written and verbal) before my vehicle was checked despite my specific request. I was just informed to pay for the 2 hours of labour and diagnostics they had spent checking my car's problem when I returned to the garage.<br> FNB response to query: We furthermore advise that due to the technical nature of the card it will only enable these transactions to be negotiated with the use of your personal identification number (PIN), which is exclusively known by you as the legitimate cardholder. etc...
