Resolution to a painful ordeal

I would like to express my gratitude for the assistance I received from Nthabiseng Pule working in the ***** Department. I had made a purchase on line to a company which turned out to be a doggie website, the moment I realised what had happened I call FNB to assist and that became an even more painful experience until I spoke to Nthabiseng who took it upon herself to resolve an issue which had been a pain for close to 2 months to resolve.
