Resolution of unauthorised credit card transaction

I had a problem with an unauthorised transaction from Mr Delivery on a credit card I had saved on their App and FNB reversed the amount. Thank you FNB. Shame on you Mr Delivery for putting through unauthorised transactions on people's accounts using credit card numbers stored on your App in the hope that people don't notice.

Suggestion for FNB Credit Card Division: When querying the transaction I spoke to the FNB Credit Card Division and provided them the credit card number in question. However they could not find that number in their system. It turns out it was a virtual credit card. Is it possible that the virtual credit card numbers which are created on the FNB App get passed to your Credit Card System? Currently there appears to be a disconnect which is a bit frustrating.
