The heading that's been going on between myself, my banker Amanda and Justine called \ Resolution of outstanding Issues- VERY URGENT PLEASE NOT ACCEPTABLE WAITING SDO LONG FOR THIS QUERY TO BE ATTENDED TO ATT: JUSTINE [EC: 9ef6667e]"is a very long but very descriptive heading of the problem and the urgency of the matter. Everything single month I have a complaint regarding incorrect point allocation. This has been going on for more than 6 months and eBucks has still not resolved the issues. Then there is the problem with the amount of eBucks being allocated as well and I have been requested to send numerous bank statements into a void of disappear or a black hole that takes all the info and return absolutely nothing. Can someone please help me !!!"""
