Resistance to downgrade FNB account

22 July 2021 I emailed "my banker" to request a downgrade from Private Client to the previous account I had(Premier banking - grey card) Miss N. Nkosi suggested a Fusion account telephonic.The same day I emailed her to say I'm not interested in the Fusion account. No response. When the upgrade was done, the process was smooth, now with a downgrade, I'm hitting a brick wall. Private Client charges are ridiculously high. Personally I cannot afford it.
