Reserved funds that are reserved by ***** unit in Fnb

Have lodged my complain on 07-07-2020 about the money that is reserved by ***** department of Fnb and my case is handling by innocent Hlogwane of ***** unit . Fnb have send me an sms that they will call me within 48hours even today they haven't called me and my funds is still reserved.please hello Peter help me I really need my money that I have worked hard for.
