Reserved funds kept by ***** unit Fnb can I receive my money I didn't invest with ********** funds so I can't be punished for Admin of the group Who paid us by ********** funds please

Even today my money still reserved by Fnb ***** unit , I thought by now I should have received my money back into my account,Am punished because of someone who paid me with the money they claimed as ********** funds so my money is reserved for that,My question is Why only me my funds is reserved because I asked everyone in the group they have not been in to the same situation even if after the group of stokvel have collapsed, Can I received the money I have invested because I didn't invest with the ****** Money, Why I have to be published for someone behaviour,
